Shipping policy

All orders are packaged and shipped via Australia Post.

Purchases will only be sent to Australian addresses.

Australia:

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150

$15 Flat Rate Shipping on all other orders

Note: The purchaser is solely responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply to their order.

Once you receive confirmation of your order, please email projectyarn@projectyarn.au to arrange a pickup time.

Orders cannot be collected without a scheduled pickup appointment.

Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

Processing Your Order

We aim to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually by the next business day.

There may be occasions when this is not achievable, but rest assured we will prepare and dispatch your parcels at the earliest opportunity.
